Plans for the Spring Vacation 2020 trip are in full swing.  If you are interested in joining us for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, please see the details on the website.

Ahr Star Dinner volunteers – if you are interested in helping at the Ahr Star Spaghetti Dinner sign up in Rm. 106A.  Even if you sign up on the substitute list – you will be helping at the Dinner!
Everyone at STA is a part of Ahr Star!!!  Everyone is asked to donate something for the Ahr Star Spaghetti Dinner! 
Seniors are asked to donate a 1 lb box of spaghetti (no penne, linguini, etc. – just plain spaghetti # 8)
Junior, Sophomores, Freshmen – are asked to donate a 2 liter bottle of soda (just 7-Up, Sprite, Coke, Pepsi, or store brand (please no other flavors or iced tea, etc) 
Pasta and Soda can be brought in – Sept 24th – 26th!!  Bring all donations to the cafeteria or rm. 106A.   

STEM Club Interest meetings today, Wednesday, September 11th and tomorrow, Thursday, September 12th right after school in Room 240.

All Students- tickets are now on sale for Hamlet! Show dates and times are Sept. 20th & 21st @ 8pm, and Sept. 22nd @ 3pm. You may purchase tickets during your lunch period, download a ticket order form from our school website, or pick up a form from the counter in the main office. Tickets are $10 for students, $15 for adults. Any questions, please see Mrs. Gossett.

Boys Basketball:  There will be open gym for all those interested in playing basketball this year on Wednesday, September 11th, and Thursday, September 12th, at 6:30 pm in the Main Gym.  The only people that cannot participate are those playing a Fall sport.

Interest meeting for anyone interested in joining choir or band tomorrow, Thursday, September 12th, during Homeroom in the Cafeteria.

Concert Choir – Meeting tomorrow, Thursday, September 12th, 2:15 to 3:15 in the Music Room.

Help for Khan Academy Summer Math will be offered during all lunch periods on Wednesday, 9/11 and Thursday, 9/12.  Request a pass from your Math teacher to report.  Help will be available after school in the Library on Wednesday and Thursday until 3:00.  (Drop-in and stay as needed).  Any questions, ask Ms. Peluso at tpeluso@stahs.net.  The assignment is due on Monday, September 16th.

Sports Broadcasting Club – Brief information meeting on Monday, September 16 at 2:15 in room 120. If you are interested in announcing for football, soccer, and/or basketball, please attend!

Wasta training:  juniors and seniors on Wednesday, September 11th, 7th and 8th period. 
You will have a pass in your homeroom folder.   Go to your 7th period class and you will be called down to the little theater. 
Sophomores on Thursday, September 12th, 7th and 8th period.  Your pass will be in your homeroom folder on Thursday. 

All Students - There will be an interest meeting immediately after school on Tuesday, 9/17, about upcoming auditions for the Fall Show, "Into the Woods." Audition materials will be handed out. Any questions, please see Mrs. Gossett.

TECH NEWS:  Your stahs.net e-mail address has the same password as your old @bgahs.org address.  All of your messages and files are still there.  Update your devices and apps for this “new address!

Seniors:  Florida forms and payments can be turned into the bin in the Main Office or Ms. Penny in Room 223.

Freshmen Football Players:  All players must report to Room 116 for a brief meeting tomorrow, Thursday, September 12th at 2:15.
