Marching Trojans

Marching TrojansThe Bishop George Ahr High School Marching Trojans are a fixture at football games and other featured events.

Membership in both the Marching Band and Color Guard is not limited, and no experience is necessary to become a member of either group.

Performing with the Marching Trojans is a great way to acclimate to the new school year, especially for incoming freshmen, because of the summer rehearsal schedule.  It allows everyone to reconnect with old friends, meet new people and foster new friendships prior to classes starting in September.

Band Camp for the Marching Trojans is a free, yet critical service provided by the Music Department and is held for one week over the summer at the school each year.

Band Camp 2018 will be held July 16-20.  If you want to be a part of the high-energy fun of our show, "Music from the band Fallout Boy" please contact Mr. Cullinan as soon as possible - we may still be able to ensure your involvement.

The Marching Trojans perform for Varsity Football games, both home and away.  Busing is provided to away games and other events.  Students who participate in the program for two consecutive years will receive a Varsity letter at the end of the 2nd year.
